ISNIC website down

Today, between 09:30-10:05 the ISNIC website, and connected services (whois, rdap, epp, mail, phones) went offline.

We were doing maintenance on one of our routers. Traffic should have moved to the backup router, but a software error caused all traffic to stop flowing when the main router was shutdown.

We're investigating steps to take to stop this from happening again.
