Error in auxiliary ISNIC DNS hosting service

Today at 10:16 there was an error when applying security updates to servers running ISNIC DNS hosting.

ISNIC DNS hosting is a simple, auxiliary hosting service for customers that want a simple way to connect .is domains to websites and email.

The new version of the software turned out to not be compatible with the old version and because of a mistake during the upgrade, all domains were deleted from the nameservers and had to be re-added from the primary nameserver.

At 10:51 all domains had been transferred to the nameservers again and the service was functioning correctly again.
